Il sensore di sicurezza 5-18-10zstpkg-1641-1-s di Schmersal è un dispositivo avanzato progettato per garantire il massimo livello di protezione in applicazioni industriali ad alta automazione. Questo sensore, parte della rinomata serie 5, integra una tecnologia di prossimità ottica ad alta precisione per il rilevamento senza contatto, ideale per monitorare la presenza, la posizione o il movimento di componenti in ambienti operativi complessi.
Caratterizzato da un robusto corpo in acciaio inox IP67, è ottimizzato per resistere a polvere, umidità e vibrazioni, garantendo prestazioni affidabili anche in condizioni estreme. L'unità supporta tensioni operative da 10 a 30 V DC, compatibile con la maggior parte dei sistemi di controllo industriali. La sua logica di commutazione configurabile (PNP/NPN) e la risposta istantanea (<1 ms) ne consentono l'integrazione flessibile in macchine utensili, impianti di assemblaggio e sistemi di movimentazione materiali.
Il pacchetto include un sensore ottico con LED di stato visibile, un connettore M12 per un cablaggio rapido, e un'installazione semplice grazie alla filettatura standard M18x1.5. Disponibile in versione con uscita a 2 fili, riduce i costi cablaggio senza compromettere la sicurezza.
