Modulo di ingresso digitale per sistemi di automazione PLC, specificamente progettato per l'integrazione nella rete di comunicazione Interbus-S. Questo modulo compatto e robusto offre 16 canali di ingresso digitali separati galvanicamente, ciascuno ottimizzato per il collegamento diretto a sensori, finecorsa, pulsantiere o altri dispositivi di campo che forniscono segnali in tensione continua.
Ogni punto di ingresso è configurato per una tensione nominale di 24 V DC e supporta la logica positiva (source). Il modulo gestisce in modo affidabile la conversione dei segnali dal livello di campo a quello logico del bus di sistema, garantendo un trasferimento dati preciso e protetto all'interno dell'anello Interbus. La progettazione prevede un elevato isolamento tra il lato campo e il lato bus, essenziale per la sicurezza e l'immunità ai disturbi tipici degli ambienti industriali.
Lo stato di ogni ingresso è segnalato da un LED dedicato direttamente sul modulo, permettendo una diagnostica visiva immediata e una rapida identificazione dello stato della macchina o del processo. L'installazione è semplificata dal fissaggio su guida DIN standard (TS 35) e dalla connessione a morsettiere estraibili, che agevolano le operazioni di cablaggio e manutenzione.
Compatibile con i sistemi di controllo e le unità di interfaccia Interbus di Phoenix Contact, il modulo IBIL24DI16 è ideale per espandere in modo modulare il numero di segnali digitali in ingresso di un sistema di automazione, in applicazioni di controllo macchine, sistemi di movimentazione, automazione di processo e infrastrutture industriali in generale. Rappresenta una soluzione affidabile e comprovata per acquisire segnali binari in reti Interbus esistenti o nuove.
