Il modulo KL2531 di BECKHOFF è un dispositivo di ingresso/uscita analogico progettato per l'integrazione in sistemi di automazione basati su tecnologia TwinCAT. Offre quattro canali configurabili indipendentemente come ingressi o uscite analogiche, ciascuno con risoluzione a 16?bit e range di tensione selezionabile (±10?V, 0?10?V, 0?20?mA o 4?20?mA). La frequenza di campionamento raggiungibile è fino a 10?kS/s per canale, garantendo una risposta rapida per applicazioni di controllo di precisione, misura di sensori e attuazione di dispositivi analogici. Il modulo supporta la diagnosi in tempo reale tramite segnali di errore e sovraccarico, ed è dotato di isolamento galvanico tra i canali e il bus di comunicazione EtherCAT, migliorando l'immunità al rumore e la sicurezza operativa. Il montaggio su guida DIN standard consente un'installazione rapida nei quadri elettrici, mentre il design compatto permette di ottimizzare lo spazio disponibile nel rack.
